One way to prioritize our health is through what I call essential oil therapy, commonly known as aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy is a form of holistic healing using essential oils and natural plant extracts. It has many healing powers and experts claim that it boosts physical, mental and emotional health.

Yes, there is plenty of research proving the benefits of essential oils and how their healing properties can be used to address different health issues, like stress.

I mean itโ€™s no secret that scent can influence mood. But how else can aromatherapy fight stress?

First, let me tell you one of my health hacks. Itโ€™s called Oleia!
